Assam Right to Public Service (ARTPS) Act 2012 was enacted in 2012 to provide services to the citizen in timely manner.
Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online platform available to the citizens 24x7 to lodge their grievances to the public authorities on any subject related to service delivery. It is a single portal connected to all the Ministries/Departments of Government of India and States.
'Mission Basundhara' conceptualized under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Assam. The mission envisages to reduce the pendency in updation of land records, through mission mode accelerated disposal of services sought by citizens and creating an ease of doing business environment in the land management ecosystem.
The e-District project aims to deliver government services to the citizens (G2C) so that government services are accessible to the common citizens in his locality through Internet, Common Service Centres “Arunodoy Kendra” and Public Facilitation Centres (PFCs) at DC & Circle Offices.
