About:
The Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs deptt. are to be maintained and to ensure adequate supply of commodities/food grains under NFSA’2013 as well TPDS commodities. The department is also to maintain stability of price of essential articles.
Recent Achievements:
Distribution of food grains under NFSA’2013 is going on among more than 4.00 Lakhs beneficiaries. As per instruction of Govt. of Assam more than 3.75 lakh Aadhar of beneficiaries have been linked with Ration Cards.

2. Addition,deletion and Correction of RC details.
Projects & Schemes:
Under the department of FCS & CA, the following Schemes are implementing at present.
a) Distribution of food grains NFSA’2013 to Antodoya Anna Yojana and Priority Household families.
b) Aamar Dukan and Aamar Dukan on wheel
c) Pradhan Mantrir Ujala Yojana.
